SUBJECT: Accepting completion of improvements for Subdivision 90-07535, Byron area.
(District IlI)
These improvements are approximately located on Bruns Road.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision 90-
07535 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Lioness Inc., a
California Corporation, dba Camelot Properties,heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction
with the filing of the Subdivision Map.

SUBJECT: Accepting completion of improvements for Subdivision 90-07535, Byron area.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
as of May 16, 2006 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case
of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the payment (labor and materials) surety for$111,260.00,
Bond No. 2127155 issued by the above surety be RETAINED for the six month lien guarantee
period until November 16,2006,at which time the Clerk of the Board is AUTHORIZED to release
the surety less the amount of any claims on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the private improvements have been COMPLETED
and are NOT ACCEPTED NOR DECLARED as County Roads, at this time.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Bruns Road is ACCEPTED and
DECLARED to be (a) County road(s); the right-of-way(s) was/were conveyed by separate
instrument, recorded on March 26, 2003 , in Book 452 of Maps on Page 26.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the warranty period is hereby
established, and the $2,225.00 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 444047 , dated May 9,
2005) made by Lioness Inc., a California Corporation, dba Camelot Properties and the
performance/maintenance surety for$220,295.00,Bond No.2127155 issued by Insurance.Company
of the West be RETAINED pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the.Ordinance Code
until release by this Board.
All deposit permits are on file with the Public Works Department.
