RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Position Adjustment Resolution #19966 to RECLASSIFY Administrative Services Assistant III position
#8715 and incumbent to Health Services Administrator Level C.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The cost associated with this action is $6773. The cost for this fiscal year is $5080. Funding is available from
mental health realignment.
BACKGROUND:
The Health Services Department is requesting to reclassify an Administrative Services Assistant III position
#8715 and its incumbent, Sherry Bradle, to the classification of Health Services Administrator Level C.
The incumbent's responsibilities have evolved into the duties from three management positions that are vacant
or eliminated in the Mental Health Divisi n over the past several years.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Should this request not be granted, the incumbent will not be appropriately classified for duties performed
outside of her current classification.
