FINANCIAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT This action impacts all five of the community outcomes. BACKGROUND: Foster parents play a vital role helping children and families to heal and reunify. The month of May is set aside each year to honor and recognize the importance of foster parents and families in our communities. This Resolution will be displayed at the Annual Foster Parent Recognition Luncheon on May 6, 2006.
