(District III) SPECIFIC RE-QUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECONIMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2006/ for SD 98-08254, Crestbridge Park and Crestbridge Park Extension, accepting Offer of Dedication -Park Purposes, for project being developed by Shapell Industries,Inc., a Delaware Corporation, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District III) FISCAL IMPACT: None. _BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): This piece of property is an addition to Crestbridge Park. The improvements have been built and accepted and have met the guarantee performance standards for the warranty period following completion and acceptance of improvements. In order to accept the final improvements, all land rights must be finalized. _CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The developer will not be exonerated of the Subdivision(Right of Way Landscaping) Agreement. All land rights will not be Secured and the park improvements will not be accepted.
