RECOMMENDATION(S):
ADOPT Resolution No. 2006/ /40 K for SD 87-06844, approving the Second Extension of the Subdivision
Agreement for project being developed by California Pacific Bank, Lafayette area. (District II)
FISCAL, IMPACT:
None.
BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S):
The developer has not completed the improvements and the Subdivision Agreement has expired.
CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Subdivision Agreement guaranteeing completion of the improvements will not be renewed.

The Public Works Director having recommended that he be authorized to execute the second
agreement extension which extends the Subdivision Agreement between California Pacific Bank and
the County for construction of certain improvements in Subdivision 87-06844,in the Lafayette area,
through March 7, 2008;

♦ ANTICIPATED DATE OF COMPLETION: March 2007
♦ REASON FOR EXTENSION: Negotiations with neighbors regarding Road Access
Agreement help up the project.
