(District II) FISCAL, IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): The developer has not completed the improvements and the Subdivision Agreement has expired. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Subdivision Agreement guaranteeing completion of the improvements will not be renewed.
