ACCEPT the Grant Deed of Development Rights dated February 13, 2006 .from Frank E. Wetzel, in connection with.MS 51-90. D. DIRECT the Real Property Division to have a certified copy of the Resolution and the above referenced Deed from Frank E. Wetzel recorded in the Office of the County Recorder.
