We have tried to negotiate in good faith to resolve our diffrences over our MOU and I cannot believe that we are this close to settlement and we are in the middle of a potential work action. We have tried to find middle ground on the Issues that seperate us, only to be denied. Kieth Flemming paints an opinion that is the only one that matters, his and the BOS. It is ashame to this long andnegotiate and be this close. We have told the conty team that we are not like other employees and the county continues to treat us as such. We care very deeply about the county and where we work. Our position is the concern that takeaways will cut our ability to attract and retain the type of staff that the county has become accustomed to. We continue to try to negotiate and find middle ground., I would invite you all to do the same. i i i I <cc0fcontra.napanet.
