SUBJECT: Accepting completion of improvements and declaring the widening of Garretson
Avenue as a county road, Minor Subdivision 03-00013, Rodeo area. (District II)
These improvements are approximately located near Parker Avenue.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Minor
Subdivision 03-00013 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Suellen
Schaumburg, heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filling of the Subdivision
Map.

SUBJECT: Accepting completion of improvements and declaring the widening of Garretson
Avenue as a county road, Minor Subdivision 03-00013, Rodeo area. (District H)

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
as of March 21,2006 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period fort e filing of liens in case
of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $7,898.62 cash security for labor and materials
(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 428837, dated July 29, 2004) deposited by Spencer Construction
Company be RETAINED for the six-month lien guarantee period until September 21, 2006, at
which time the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the cash security less the amount
of any claims on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Garretson Avenue is ACCEPTED and
DECLARED to be a County road;the right-of-way was conveyed by separate instrument,recorded
on April 23, 1982 , in Book 100 of Maps on Page 49.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the warranty period is hereby
established as of November 7,2005,and the$15,797.23 cash deposit(Auditor's Deposit Permit No.
428837,dated July 27,2004)made by Spencer Construction Company be RETAINED pursuant to
the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code until release by this Board.
All deposit permits are on file with the Public Works Department.
