THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on February 7, 2006 by the following vote:

SUBJECT: Accepting completion of improvements for DP 04-03050, Rodeo area. (District II)
These improvements are approximately located on First Street between Rodeo Avenue and
Pacific Avenue.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the improvements for DP 04-
03050, being developed by Sergio Silva, have been completed and that such improvements have
been constructed without the need for an Improvement Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
as of August 1, 2005 and that the beginning of the warranty period is hereby established.
All deposit permits are on file with the Public Works Department.

RECOMMENDATION(S):
ADOPT Resolution No. 2006/ for DP 04-03050, accepting completion of improvements for project being
developed by Sergio Silva, Rodeo area. (District Il)
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S):
The improvements have been installed in a good workmanlike manner as required by the improvement plans and in
conformance with the County Ordinance Code.
CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The guarantee period will not be established.
