As a facilitator (one who works with groups of people to help them communicate and work together better) I am always trying to help my clients use universal language so that everyone - not just those who know industry, regional or cultural buzzwords - may easily understand one another. Bravo/a to all of you! Perhaps the money raised for charity can go towards an organization dedicated to furthering understanding and dialogue - or an event created for the purpose of inter-community dialogue (not in response to something that happened but as a tool for community interaction, engagement and 'wellness' ) . Congratulations to Supervisor Giola and to all of you. Lisa Heft Consultant, Facilitator, Educator Opening S p a c e Berkeley, California lisaheft@openingspace.net http://www.openingspace.net
