(District III) FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S).0 The developer, Windemere BLC Land Company, L.L.C., has completed the subdivision improvements per the Subdivision Agreement, and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Th completion of improvements will not be accepted and the one year warranty period will not begin.
