to General Agriculture, A-2, as introduced by the Board of Supervisors on March 8, 2005.

None. The applicant is responsible for the cost of processing the rezoning request.

BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS
On March 8, 2005 the Board conducted a hearing on the County Planning Commission
recommendation to rezone five acres located at #4300 Morgan Territory Road in the Clayton area
from Agricultural Preserve(A-4)to General Agriculture(A-2). After completing the public hearing,the
Board voted to adopt the proposed rezoning, introduced the ordinance giving effect to the rezoning,
waived the reading, and directed staff to return for the adoption of the proposed rezoning.

SECTION I: Page P-20 of the Countys 1978 Zoning Map(Ord.No.78-93)is amended by re-zoning
the land in the above area shown shaded on the map(s) attached hereto and incorporated herein
(see also Community Development Department File No. RZ013106 .)
FROM: Land Use District A-4 { Agricultural Preserve )
