Therefore, said work is accepted as recommended above, and the Clerk shall file with the County Recorder a copy of this Resolution and Notice as a Notice of Completion for said contract. Time extension to the date of acceptance is granted as the work was delayed due to unforeseeable causes beyond the control and without the fault or negligence of the Contractor.
