OFFER OF DEDICA'T'ION -ROAD PURPOSES
e undersigned,being the present title
owner of record f the hdrein described parcel o land, do hereby make an irrevocable offer of
dedication to Contra Costa County, a political subdivision of the State of California and its
successors or assigns, for street, highway landscaping and other public purposes, including
maintenance thereof, the fee title to real property situated in the County of Contra Costa, State of
California,as described in Exhibit"A"(written description)and as shown on Exhibit"B"(plat map)
attached hereto.
It is understood and agreed that Contra Costa County and its successors or assigns shall incur no
liability with respect to such offer of dedication, and shall not assume any responsibility for the
offered parcel of land or any improvements thereon or therein,until such offer has been accepted by
appropriate action of the Board of Supervisors,or of the local governing bodies of its successors or
assigns.
The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of Contra Costa County and its successors or
assigns and will be binding upon the title owner of record and that owner's heirs, successors or
assigns.

The fallowing described parcel is situated in the County of Contra Costa, Mate of California, is a
portion of Lot 21 of the Map of the Hoiland Ranch as recorded in Book 16 of Maps at Page 347,
Official Records of Contra Costa County, California, is a portion of the Non-Surveyed
Remainder as shown on Subdivision MS 2-94 filed in Book 167 of Parcel Maps at Pages 9 and
10, Official Records of Contra Costa County, and is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a 1-inch diameter iron pipe tagged LS 5678 as shown at the intersection of the
North line of Parcel A of said MS 2-94 with the westerly line of the strip offered for dedication
on said map and running them along said northerly line of said Parcel A, S 88° 49' 10" E,
16.10 feet to the most easterly terminus of said North line;
Thence along the northeasterly and northerly line of said Non-Surveyed Remainder the following
three courses: N 50° 25' 10" W, 225.79 feet, N 33° 44' 10" W, 1178.55 feet, and S 75° 51' 50"
W, 10,62 feet, more or less, to a point 10 feet distant, at right angle measurement, from said
.northeasterly line;
Thence, leaving said northerly line, S 33° 44' 10" E, 1083.87 feet to the point of curvature of a
tangent 680 foot radius curve to the left;
Thence along said curve through a central angle of 16" 41' 00" for an arc distance of 198.04 feet
to a point of tangency;
Thence tangent to said curve S 50' 25' 10"E, 114.93 feet, more or less, to the Point of
Beginning.
