SUBJECT: ADOPT Resolution No. 2005/ 231 approving the conveyance of surplus
real property, portion of APN 056-120-034, located at the northeast corner of
Lone Tree Way and Fairside Way, to the Deer Creek Partnership. (PR72-65]

The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
Contra Costa County acquired certain real property by Grant Deed on October 7,
1960, recorded in Book 3719 at page 276, in the Antioch area. A portion of said property
described in Exhibit"A" and shown on Exhibit"B", attached hereto, is DETERMINED to be
surplus and no longer necessary for County purposes, and its estimated value does not
exceed $25,000.00.
This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the sale of the surplus property
to Deer Creek Partnership, pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.5 and the Chair,
Board of Supervisors, is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant Deed on behalf of the
County in consideration of the payment of$18,000.00, the estimated fair market value of
the property.
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said Grant Deed to be delivered
to the grantee.

Real property in the northwest one-quarter of Section 3, Township 1 North, Range 2 East, Mount
Diablo Base and Meridian, situated in the City of Antioch, County of Contra Costa, State of
California, also being a portion of the property granted to Contra Costa County in the deed
recorded October 7, 1960 in Book 3719 of Official Records at Page 278, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest one-quarter of said Section 3 as shown
on the map of"Subdivision 8114" filed May 24, 2001 in Book 430 of Maps at Page 41; thence
along the centerline ofHeidorn Ranch Road,North 00°32'55" East a distance of 209.00 feet;
thence South 89°27'05"East a distance of 41.00 feet to a point on the easterly line of the parcel
of land granted to the City of Antioch and recorded June 13, 1995 in series No. 95-092732 and
the Point of Beginning; thence, along said easterly line, South 00°3255" West a distance of
134.51 feet to a point of curvature; thence around a 20.00 foot radius curve to the left, tangent to
the previous course, through a central angle of 89°31'18" and an are length of 31.25 feet; thence
South 88°58'23" East a distance of 20.98 feet; thence North 01°01'37"East a distance of 0.27
feet; thence North 88°5823" West a distance of 1.14 feet to a point of curvature; thence around a
