HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04122005 - C15 e009 ORDINANCE N0..2005-12 (Human Resources - Exempt Classes) The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors ordains as follows (omitting the parenthetical footnotes from the official text of the enacted or-amended provisions of the County Ordinance Code): SECTION t: Section 33-5.413 of the County Ordinance Code is. amended to exclude from.the merit system the class of Employee benefits Manager-Exempt, to read: 33-5.413 Human resources. .(a) The assistant director of human resources-exempt is excluded and is appointed by the assistant county administrator-director of human resources. (b) The employee benefits manager-exempt is excluded and is appointed by the assistant county administrator-director of human resources. (Ords. 2005-12, §1, 2003M' 107 §1.) SECTION Il: EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after passage. and within 15 days of passage shall be published once with e names of the supervisors voting for and against it in the r� ej a newspaper published in this County.
