Robinson Tom Tolda There are two vacant seats on the committee. One is a County representative with an expiration date of June 30, 2006 and the other is a Community representative With an expiration date of June 30, 2007. The AHFC had recommended Ana Maria Avila Farias for the Community representative seat. Ms Farias was also being recommended for the Housing Authority's Advisory Housing Committee(AHC). Ms Farias would like to serve on both committees. The AHFC is recommending the following: 1. Ms Farias be appointed to the Community seat 2. If policy is that Ms Farias may only serve on one committee, and she selects the AHC, then the AHFC would recommend Tom Tolda for the Community seat 3. Willie J. Robinson be appointed to the County seat. The core work of the AHFC is to make funding recommendations for affordable housing developments. An important skill is the ability to analyze development and operating budgets to determine project feasibility. The committee felt that Ms Farias, Mr. Robinson, and Mr Tolda were the best qualified candidates. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions.
