(District III) FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): The developer,Shapell Industries of Northern California,has completed soundwall improvements as per Resolution 2002/604. The developer is requesting release of cash deposit and exoneration of bond. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Soundwall improvements will not be accepted as complete and cash deposit will not be released nor bond exonerated.
