HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 03012005 - 2005 RES 96 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adapted this Resolution on March 1, 2445 by the following vote: AWLS: SUPERVISORS OIOIA, PIEPHO, DESAULNIER, GLOVER AND UILKEMA NOES: NONE ABSENT: NONE ABSTAIN: NONE RESOLUTION NO. 2005/ 96 SUBJECT: Approve and Authorize the Public Works Director to fully close all of La Paloma on May 9,2405 to August 7,2005 from 8:00 am through 5:00 pm,for the purpose of the West County Wastewater District Project #701, La Paloma Road Sewer Replacement, El Sobrante area. (District I) RC-05-1 IT IS BY THE BOARD RESOLVED that permission is granted to West County Wastewater District to fully close La Paloma Road,except for emergency traffic,on May 9,2405 through August 7, 2445 for the period of 8:00 am through 5:00 pm subject to the following conditions: 1. Traffic will be detoured via neighboring streets. 2. All signing to be in accordance with the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices including the California Supplement. 3. West Country Wastewater District shall comply with the requirements of the Ordinance Code of Contra Costa County. 4. Have on file with the County Public Works Department at the Application and Permit Center a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of$1,000,040 for Comprehensive General Public Liability which names the County as an additional insured. 5. Obtain approval for the closure from the Sheriff s Department,the California Highway Patrol and the Fire District.
