(District I) The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: I. Map The parcel map of Minor Subdivision 03-00030,property located in the San Pablo area, Supervisorial District 1, said map having been certified by the proper officials. 11. Building Permit Occupancy Hold In lieu of a Subdivision Agreement,the developer opted to construct improvements prior to recording the parcel map. Improvements consist of a sidewalk crossdrain, driveway apron,and private driveway to Parcel B. The sidewalk crossdrain has been completed. The developer requests to construct the private driveway and driveway apron at the time the residence on Parcel B is constructed. In lieu of recording a Subdivision Agreement for the remaining improvements, the Public Works Department has placed a hold on final occupancy of the new residence on Parcel B as security for these improvements.
