On October 14, 2003, the Board of Supervisors found that the above-referenced property was a public nuisance, ordered the property owner to abate the nuisance, and directed the County Abatement Officer to abate the nuisance if the property owner did not comply with the Board's order. The County Abatement Officer abated the nuisance on March 19, 2004. The property owner was billed for the actual cost of the abatement and all administrative costs. The bill was sent by first-class mail to the property owner on March 30,2044. The property owner did not pay the bill within 45 days of the date of mailing.
