The Contra Costa Board of Supervisors RESOLVES that: Based on the recommendations by the County Public Works Department's Traffic Engineering Division, and pursuant to County Ordinance Code Sections 462.002 - 46-2.012, the following traffic regulation is established (and other action taken as indicated): Pursuant to Section 22507 and 21458 of the California Vehicle Code parking is hereby declared to be prohibited at all times, except for the loading and unloading of passengers or freight (Yellow Curb) on the east side of Third Street(0461 A), beginning at a point 188 feet south of the centerline of Grove Avenue (0565H) and extending southerly a distance of 18 feet, North Richmond. The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors RESOLVES that: On the basis of an engineering and traffic survey and recommendations thereon by the County Public Works Department's Traffic Engineering Division and pursuant to County Ordinance Code Sections 46-2.002 - 46-2.012, this Board hereby determines that the present speed limit established on the below-described road, a street within the criteria of Vehicle Code Section 22358 is more than reasonable and safe, and hereby determines and declares that the following speed limit is most appropriate,reasonable, and safe prima facie speed limit there: Pursuant to Section 22358 of the California Vehicle Code, no vehicle shall travel in excess of 45 miles per hour on that portion of Concord Avenue (Road No. 7853), beginning at the intersection of Sellers Avenue (Road No. 8441)and extending westerly to the Brentwood City Limits, Brentwood area.
