FI QL IMPACT None BACKGRQ=/RE_ASCIN(S) FOR RZCQ NDAT10N(S) o The purpose of this agreement is to provide Contractor' s nursing students with the opportunity to integrate academic knowledge with application skills and attitudes at progressively higher levels of performance requirements and responsibility. Supervised field work experience for students is considered to be an integral part of bath the educational and professional preparation. The Health Services Department can provide the requisite field education, while at the same time, taking advantage of t.^e students ' services to patients. Approval of this Unpaid Student Training Agreement 26-418-1 will continue to provide supervised clinical experience in the field of Ultrasound Technology for students enrolled at Foothill DeAnza Community C.ollege District, through June 30, 2007 . y"�.
