Menesini 2406 Cascade Drive Walnut Creek, CA 94598 BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS: On May 11, 2004, the Board of Supervisors declared vacant Seat 1 on the HLAC. The Community Development Director, along with four members of the Contra Costa County Historical Society, serve in the capacity of the County's HLAC. The vacant seat was the result of the resignation of Ms. Denise Hueners. In a letter dated May 31, 2004, Traci Parent, President of the Contra Costa County Historical Society, nominated Dr. Menesini as the replacement for the vacant seat.
