Code § 25526.5) SUBJECT: ADOPT Resolution No. 2004/ 219 approving the conveyance of property to the City of Hercules for road purposes in connection with the State Route 4 West Gap Project. [SCH No. 95043029] Hercules Area. District 11. Project No. 4660-6X4152 The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: Contra Costa County acquired certain real property by Final Order of Condemnation on August 27, 2002, as instrument No. 2002-0301156, in Hercules,described in Exhibit"A" attached hereto, for the reconstruction of a connector street and bridge crossing for State Route 4. Said property is DETERMINED to be no longer necessary for County purposes. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of said property to the City of Hercules, pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.5 and the Chair, Board of Supervisors, is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant Deed on behalf of the County.
