Pascalli, Jr., to direct, manage, and administer the Hazardous Materials programs under the general direction of the Health Services Director with regard to the Hazardous Materials Programs, including,but not limited to managing subordinate supervisors and professional/technical staff, and provide technical guidance and training to staff, through March 31, 2004.
