Pascalli, Jr. SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director to execute on behalf of the County, Contract #22-828-4 with Lewis G. Pascalli, Jr., a self-employed individual, in an, amount not to exceed $64,000, to act as Director of County's Hazardous Materials Programs and assist the Department with recruitment and transition of a new Hazardous Materials Program Director, for the period from April 1, 2004 through March 31, 2005. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by County funds and industry fees. Pascalli, Jr., to direct, manage, and administer the Hazardous Materials programs under the general direction of the Health Services Director with regard to the Hazardous Materials Programs, including,but not limited to managing subordinate supervisors and professional/technical staff, and provide technical guidance and training to staff, through March 31, 2004.
