_e Activities= she Bay of-nt Project area Corrimittee (PAC) contirwed its Work by
accepting both the Bay Poiret Waterfront Strategic plan and the Commercial
Capacity Study. The PAC also began a street banner programs and continued Frith
the Community Group FundinR Programs. The 2003 bond issuance and associated
pr ject list was also recommended by the PAC
Marcy of the topics the PAC considers are relevant to the Bay Point Municipal
Advisory Council (MAC . -Portions of seven of the ten PAC :meetings held were

V. Proposed Work Plan/Oblectives for Next Year: The work p'•a"/object ves for
next year include working on the .n:ple: eritation of the '�Iaterfront Plan and
Pittsburga/l ay Point BART Station Area Specific Flan .
The PAC will also continue to implement the Community Grolap Funding
Program for neighborhood bel�.tification projects initiated by ve.':I teer groups ir:
Bay Point. This activity will both enhance the physical image of Bay Point, and
develop the capacity and financial resources of community groups.
