The PAC also began a street banner programs and continued Frith the Community Group FundinR Programs. The PAC will also continue to implement the Community Grolap Funding Program for neighborhood bel�.tification projects initiated by ve.':I teer groups ir: Bay Point. This activity will both enhance the physical image of Bay Point, and develop the capacity and financial resources of community groups.
