biological assessment associated with the Orwood Bridge Replacement project, East County area.
IL FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no impact to the County General Fund. No change in the contract payment limit or funding,which
is 80%Highway Bridge Repair Funds, 20%Local Road Funds.

III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND:
The amendment of the Consulting Services Agreement is needed to assist Public Works Department staff in
obtaining environmental clearances for Orwood Bridge Replacement project.
IV. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If the Consulting Services Agreement is not amended the project will not obtain required permits causing
delays in construction.
