COUNTY and its successors or assigns, a signal light detector loop easement for the construction of same for street and highway purposes, including access and maintenance of work and improvements, whether covered or open, upon the real property situated in the County of Contra Costa, State of California, as described in Exhibit "A" (written description) and shown on Exhibit "B" (plat map) attached hereto.
