(District 1) On April 26, 1977, the Board authorized the Public Warks Director to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with Florence Machetta for improvements along Appian Way as required by the conditions of approval for MS 244-76. The aforesaid Deferred Improvement Agreement was recorded on May 4, 1977 in Volume 8316 of Official Records at page 1.01 and became an encumbrance against Assessor's Parcel No.425- 170-026, now 425-170028 and 4254170-031.
