(District 1) On July 22, 1975, the Board authorized the Public Works Director to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with Pounders Title Company for improvements along Appian Way as required by the conditions of approval for MS 127-73. The aforesaid Deferred Improvement Agreement was recorded on July 31, 1975 in Volume 7579 of Official Records at page 898 and became an encumbrance against Assessor's Parcel No.425- 100-041. The Board hereby FINDS that the conditions of the above-mentioned Deferred Improvement Agreement are satisfied.
