(District I) On March 6, 1984, the Board authorized the Public Works Director to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with Nove Investments for improvements along Appian Way as required by the conditions of approval for DP 3045-79. The Board hereby FINDS that the conditions of the above-mentioned Deferred Improvement Agreement are satisfied.
