Erickson and Andrea J. Erickson for improvements along Appian Way as required by the conditions of approval for DP 3005-83. The aforesaid Deferred Improvement Agreement was recorded on August 26, 1985 in Volume 12476 of Official Records at page 339 and became an encumbrance against Assessor's Parcel No. 425-210-017.
