CONTINUED hearing to August 12, 2003 at 9.30 a.m. on the appeal of Darlene M.
Michaud and Bruce R. Michaud(Owners) from the decision of the County Abatement
Officer declaring a public nuisance on property located at 3165 Brandon Way, Clayton,
DIRECTED Community Development Department, Building Inspection Department
Supervisor DeSauilniers' office and the Agricultural Task Force to work with District IV;
DIRECTED the matter return to the Board of Supervisors if the aforementioned parties
desire to make further recommendations.

ADDENDUM TO ITEM SD.3
June 17, 2003
On this clay the Board of Supervisors considered authorizing the Chair,
Board of Supervisors, and the Community Services Department Director
to execute the 200412005 Community Action Plan(CAP)by signing the
"Certification of Community Action Plan and Assurance"certification.
Cassandra Youngblood, Community Services Department, presented
their report and recommendations.
Public comment was opened, and the fallowing persons spoke.
Bill Oram-Reefer,(Economic Opportunity Council), 2243 Mt. Diablo
Street, Concord.
Rollie Katz, (Public Employees Union Local #1),P.O. Box 222,Martinez.
After further discussions,the Board of Supervisors took the following
action:
• AUTHORIZED the Chair, Board of Supervisors, and the Community Services
Department Director to execute the 200412005 Community Action Plan(CAP)by
signing the "Certification of Community Action Plan and Assurance"
Certification;
• DIRECTED Community Services Department to return to the Family and Human
Services Committee within 90 to 1.20 days regarding Community Action Plan
• Jurisdiction and partnership with other agencies.
