(District III) On December 15, 1998, the Board authorized the Public Works Director to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with Byron Seventy-Eight for improvements along Bixler Road and Highway 4 as required by the conditions of approval for Subdivision MS 39-91. The aforesaid Deferred Improvement Agreement was recorded on December 30, 1998 in Recorder's Serial No, 98-330166 and became an encumbrance against Assessor's Parcel No, 011- 220-02.2. (District III) DATE: June 10, 2003 PAGE: 2 The Public Works Director now informs this Board that the requirements outlined in said agreement have been satisfied. The Board hereby FINDS that the conditions of the above-mentioned Deferred Improvement Agreement are satisfied.
