CONVENE
MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY
March 12, 2003
Chair Mark DeSaulnier convened the meeting of the Board of Supervisors this day at 9:00 a.m., in the Board
Chambers, Room 107, of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street,Martinez, California. The
Deputy Clerk called the roll, Supervisors present were:
John Gioia,District I;
Gayle B. Uilkema, District II
District III—Seat vacant
Federal D. Glover,District V;
and Chair, Mark DeSaulnier,District IV
The Chair then adjourned to Closed Session in room 105 of the County Administration Buildingpursuant to
the Closed Session Agenda attached.
At 9:30 a.m. with all Supervisors present,the Board reconvened in its Chambers. County Counsel stated that
there were no Closed Session announcements. The Board then proceeded with its Agenda.
