The 12-passenger van we recently purchased to transport youth clients and families to treatment facilities, prevention and recovery activities has been transferred to Choices, the West County Youth Drug Court treatment program administered by New Connections. Funds for this purchase are to be charged to FY 2000-2001 Youth Treatment Cost Center #5930. 61f you have questions contact Amalia at 313-6389 or delvalle@hsd.co.contra-costa.ca.us The specifications for the van are a 7-passenge mini-van, color green, cloth rather than vinyl seat coverings, painted CCC logo with legend that reads: Youth 8s Family Community Partnerships & Partners in Recovery Alliance Working Towards an Alcohol and Drug Free Contra Costa County As soon as the requested vehicle is identified and a price determined, please advise George Khoury at 5-5070 of the cost so he can make the appropriation transfer before the end of the fiscal year. This is very important because the cost of the van will be provided from a grant that needs to be spent by the end of the fiscal year (June 30, 2001) or the unspent amount will revert back to the Feds. __s a C ;,^ur ,:5, sta c I:.s, _: t'a' :,.:,_verge •:y P1e[li•:alvies Centra Costa Em:ronmental Health Contra Costa Health Plan __d,-us':1ate As°r•gr? s •Conua C,-,=M w.ai I e;lth Con:re,Costa Puhlr;I-,eal:h Contra Costa Regional PA:oi;al Center • Centra Costa Health Centers
