SUBJECT: Contract for Bruce Stamm
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
RECOMMENDATION(S):
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the County Administrator, or designee, to execute a contract
amendment with Bruce Stamm to increase the payment limit from by $5,000 to a new payment
limit of$35,000 for additional production assistance at Contra Costa Television (CCTV).
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Monies for contractors come from the Community Access Trust Fund.
BACKGROUND:
Bruce Stamm is a contractor with CCN who assists with studio and event productions. Due to
unexpected absences of other CCN staff, Mr. Stamm has been working additional hours to
assist with the video broadcast production of Board meetings and other events.
Due to the need for Mr. Stamm to work additional hours, we expect that he will exceed the current
contract payment limit by the end of June. Therefore, we request that the payment limit be
increased by $5,000 to compensate the additional work requested of Mr. Stamm.
