CONTINUE the public hearing to July 24, 2001, at 11:00 am, at the request of Supervisor
Gioia's office, Community Development Department and the property owner.

Costs incurred by this staff-initiated revocation are covered by the Redevelopment
Agency.

BACKGROUND
This is a continued public hearing on the revocation of an administrative use permit.
Supervisor Gioia, the Community Development Department, Building Inspection
Department, Public Works Department, County Health Department, the District
Attorney's Office and the property owner have been working together to gain compliance
of the conditions of approval. Meetings to discuss some outstanding issues with the
North Richmond Municipal Advisory Council and the property owner are scheduled for
early June. For this reason, staff recommends the public hearing on the revocation be
continued to July 24.
