APPROVE Right of Way Contract and Rental Agreement and ACCEPT Grant Deed dated April 23, 2001 from Pittsburg, California, Lodge No. 1474of The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America, a California Corporation. B. AUTHORIZE Public Works Director to execute said Right of Way Contract and Rental Agreement on behalf of the County. C. APPROVE payment of$2,761,000 for said property rights and AUTHORIZE the Auditor- Controller to issue a check in said amount payable to Placer Title Company, 1981 North Broadway, Suite 302, Walnut Creek, CA 94596, Escrow No. 6153870 to be forwarded to the Real Property Division for delivery.
