The Board of Supervisors, as the Governing Body of the Contra Costa County Flood
Control and Water Conservation District RESOLVES THAT:
This vacation of a storm drain easement no longer required for flood control
purposes, is made pursuant to Section 31 of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and
Water Conservation District Act.
This vacation request covers a flood control storm drain easement located in the
Antioch area which is no longer required for public use. A description of the portion to be
vacated is described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
I hereby certify that this is a true and correct
copy of an action taken and entered on the
minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the

This Board declares that the hereinabove described proposed vacation area is HEREBY
ORDERED VACATED subject to any reservation and exception described in attached Exhibit
"A". From and after the date this Resolution is recorded, the portion vacated no longer constitutes
a flood control storm drain easement.
The Real Property Division is ORDERED to record a certified copy of this Resolution in the
office of the County Recorder.

1988 in Book 136 of Parcel Maps, at Page 27; records of Contra Costa County,
California, being Parcel 1602-4 (Permanent Easement) as described in that Grant of
Easement granted by Lone Tree Investments, Inc., to Contra Costa County Flood Control
and Water Conservation District, recorded on December 9, 1993, as Instrument Number
93 351767, in Book 19249, Page 601, Official Records of Contra Costa County,
described as follows:
Parcel 1602-4 (Permanent Easement):
Beginning at Point "R" as described in the description for Parcel 1602-1 contained in said
Grant Deed (Book 19249, Page 597), thence, from said Point of Beginning, along the
Southerly boundary of said Parcel 1602-1 South 88'54'14" East, 26.72 feet; thence South
89°31'28" East, 23.28 feet; thence leaving said Southerly boundary of Parcel 1602-1
South 00°28'32" West, 612.55 feet to the Southerly boundary of said Parcel "A" (136
P.M. 27); thence along the last said Southerly boundary North 74°01'01" West, 51.89
feet; thence leaving said Southerly boundary of Parcel "A" North 00°28'32" East, 598.97
