Act, Section 31) SUBJECT: Vacation of the Grant of Easement for Drainage Area 56 Channel Z and Line Z W.O. 8354 PD98-1 Antioch Area The Board of Supervisors, as the Governing Body of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District RESOLVES THAT: This vacation of a storm drain easement no longer required for flood control purposes, is made pursuant to Section 31 of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District Act. This vacation request covers a flood control storm drain easement located in the Antioch area which is no longer required for public use. A description of the portion to be vacated is described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the LLO: date shown. From and after the date this Resolution is recorded, the portion vacated no longer constitutes a flood control storm drain easement.
