CONVENE
MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY
April 24, 2001
Chair Gayle B. Uilkema convened the meeting of the Board of Supervisors this day at 9:10 a.m., in the
Board Chambers, Room 107, of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California.
The Deputy Clerk called the roll, Supervisors present were:
John Gioia, District I;
Donna Gerber, District III;
Federal D. Glover, District V;
and Chair, Gayle B. Uilkema, District lI
The Chair then adjourned to Closed Session. Following Closed Session, the Board reconvened the meeting at
9:50 a.m. and County Counsel announced, that by unanimous vote of the Supervisors present, the Board
AUTHORIZED the dismissal of the County's participation in the lawsuit entitled South Delta Water Agency,
et al. v. United States of America, et. al., U.S. District Court.No. CIV-S-96-1073 DFL PAN(E.D. CA).
Following the Board meeting, the Supervisors adjourned to Closed Session. Following Closed Session, the
Board reconvened in its Chambers. County Counsel stated that there were no further Closed Session
announcements. The Board then finally adjourned.
