Recommended Action: AUTHORIZE the Board Chair to execute a Quitclaim Deed to the Oakley Redevelopment Agency on behalf of the Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency. DIRECT the Real Property Division to deliver said deed to the Grantee. II. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: On July 28, 1998, the Board adopted Resolution No. 98/390, pursuant to the Local Agency Formation Commission of Contra Costa County Resolution 97-17, calling for the transfer of certain real property to the City of Oakley. On November 14, 2000, the Board approved and authorized the Deputy Director-Red eveloment or his designee to enter into a Jurisdictional Transfer Agreement with the City of Oakley, and the Oakley Redevelopment Agency calling for the transfer of certain real property to the Oakley Redevelopment Agency. IV. Consequences of Negative Action: The Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency would be in violation of the above-cited Resolutions and Board Order. Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency EXHIBIT "A"- / APN 035-090-062 and 066 REAL PROPERTY in an unincorporated area, County of Contra Costa, State of California, described as follows: PARCEL ONE: Beginning at a point on the North boundary line of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 26, Township 2 North, Range 2 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, 627.00 feet due West from the Northeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 26, thence from said Point of Beginning, West 723.87 feet; thence South 1440.12 feet; thence East 241.62 feet; thence North 895.3 feet; thence East 482.25 feet; thence North 544.82 feet; more or less; to the Point of Beginning.
