I want you to know that her main priority is her car. She does not have the intention to file a suit or anything like that but she is devastated to learn that nothing can be done in regards to getting her car fixed. The report states that the police offer was at fault for negligence driving and I do not think it is fair for her. She is a single mother who supports herself and since the day of the accident she has not been able to get another car due to the fact that she can not afford it. I would really appreciate it if you took the time to look into this thoroughly. The driver that got injured not only can not find a job due to the fact that her knee hurts and sometimes can not get out of bed but also can not afford to go to a doctor that would know what she can do in regards to the pain that she can't stand. Like 1 mentioned before these are not rich people, they can not afford to get a car or go to doctors.
