SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
APPROVE a Rental Agreement, with All Points Trucking II for the premises at 521 Harbor Court,
Pittsburg, California, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Rental
Agreement, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Rental
Agreement on behalf of the County.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Revenues received shall be credited to the Public Works Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION / BACKGROUND
Requested by the Public Works Department.
