BART Specific Plan adoption as well as implementation activities in Oakley, North Richmond,
and Rodeo. The contract amount approved by the Agency/Board on December 14, 1999 for
FY99/00 and amended by Agency/Board action on March 21, 2000 is proving to be
inadequate primarily because of the Pleasant Hill BART Temporary Parking issue. In orderto
reimburse the County Community Development Department for costs incurred, a contract
amendment to increase the contract amount from $45,000 to $60,000 is recommended for
Fiscal Year 1999-00.
