Board of Supervisors to EXERCISE, on behalf of the County, its first option to extend the Lease,
dated July 28, 1998 with the Jordan Family Trust for the premises at 904 and 919 Mellus Street,
Martinez for continued occupancy by the Health Services Department, under the terms and
conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease Option.

Payments required are to come from the budget of the Health Services Department.

Department, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease.
