(C.C. §3086, 3093) Budget Line Item No. 4403-4171 RESOLUTION NO. X0/313 Authorization No. 0 28-WH171U The Board of Supervisors RESOLVES THAT: The County of Contra Costa on September 21, 1999, contracted with Del Monte Electric Co., Inc., for Fire Alarm System Upgrade at A. F. Bray Courts Building, 1020 Ward Street, Martinez for Superior Court, Budget Line Item No. 4403-4171, Authorization No. 0928- WH 171 U, with Fidelity & Deposit Co. of Maryland as surety, for work to be performed on the grounds of the County; and The Director of General Services reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans and specifications, and recommends its acceptance as complete as of June 20, 2000; Therefore, said work is accepted as recommended above, and the Clerk shall file with the County Recorder a copy of this Resolution and Notice as a Notice of Completion for said contract. Time extension to the date of acceptance is granted as the work was delayed due to unforeseeable causes beyond the control and without the fault or negligence of the Contractor. BACKGROUND Section 1108-2.212 of the County Ordinance Code authorizes the Purchasing Agent to dispose of any personal property belonging to Contra Costa County and found by the Board of Supervisors not to be further required for public use.
