Background: None. Fiscal Impact- The Public Health Division of the Health Services Department will sponsor a youth health promotion event to promote HIV/AIDS awareness for Middle and High School students of Bay Point. The activities will include an information booth with fact sheets about HIV and AIDS, a dance and contest, among other activities, at the River View Middle School in Bay Point. However, under provisions of Government Code Sections 66452.11 and 66452.13 the approved map was automatically extended an additional three years to 1997. The applicant has previously been granted a discretionary three year extension, for an expiration date of March 19, 2000.
