RECOMMENDABON APPROVE a Lease, commencing April 25, 2000, with Cranbrook Realty Investment Fund, L.P., d.b.a. Muir Parkway Office Center for the premises at 1330 Arnold Drive, Suite 143, for occupancy by the Contra Costa County In-Home Supportive Services Authority, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease, and AUTHORIZE the Executive Director of the In-Home Supportive Services Authority to EXECUTE said Lease on behalf of the Board of Supervisors; DETERMINE this activity is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to article 5, Section 15061 (b) (3) and DIRECT the Community Development Department to file such notice with the County Clerk and APPROVE payment of processing and handling fees. 11. FINANCIAL IMPACT Payments required are to come from the budget of the Contra Costa County In-Home Supportive Services Authority with 75% state and federal matching funds. Ill. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION / BACKGROU D This Lease will provide offices for use by the Contra Costa County In-Home Supportive Services Authority, as requested by the Board of Supervisors actin as its governing body.
